1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the kk9 platform at kk9.bar, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the platform in any capacity.

kk9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect from the date they are published on the platform. Continued use of kk9 after an amendment is published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Where a material change is made, kk9 will endeavour to notify registered users via email or on-site notification.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To open and maintain an account on kk9, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent for any third party.
• You are not currently excluded or suspended from kk9 or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion agreement.
• You have not previously had an account closed by kk9 for a breach of these Terms.
• All personal information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

kk9 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any stage to verify your identity, age, address, or payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account restriction or closure. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence for identity verification, and a recent utility bill or bank statement for address verification.

By registering, you warrant that you are not located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gambling platforms is prohibited under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of kk9 is lawful in your location.

3. Account Management

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each user may hold only one registered account on kk9. If kk9 identifies that a single individual holds multiple accounts — regardless of the name, device, IP address, or payment method used — all associated accounts will be suspended. Any real-money balance held within duplicate accounts will be returned minus any bonus-derived winnings, which will be forfeited in full.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with any other person. kk9 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep credentials confidential.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting kk9 support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed before the account is closed. kk9 may also close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where a breach of these Terms is suspected, where required by applicable law, or where the continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or real-money wager has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. kk9 may apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive accounts after this period has elapsed. Notice will be sent to the registered email address before any fee is applied. Any remaining balance after fees are deducted will remain withdrawable upon re-activation of the account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kk9 currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, and City Bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds vary by payment method and are displayed on the cashier page at the time of the transaction.

4.2 Own-Account Requirement

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own legal name. kk9 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit received from a third-party source will be returned to the originating account and may trigger a mandatory account review before further transactions are permitted.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by fully verified users are typically processed within ten (10) minutes for bKash and Nagad transfers during operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. kk9 does not charge fees on withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges, over which kk9 has no control.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

kk9 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of any unlawful activity. kk9 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any withdrawal that exceeds thresholds established by the platform's internal compliance procedures. Withdrawals may be delayed pending satisfactory completion of these checks. Users who are found to be using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime will have their accounts permanently closed and the matter referred to the relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

kk9 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible users from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to users who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the individual promotion. Welcome bonuses are available to new users only and may be claimed once per household, device, or IP address.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement, valid games, minimum odds (for sports betting), and expiry period are stated on the relevant promotion page. Bonuses not used within their validity period expire automatically.
• kk9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing bonus balances already credited to user accounts at the time of withdrawal will be honoured subject to their original terms.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Cash balances and bonus balances are held separately; cash balances are always used first.
• Attempting to circumvent bonus terms through any means — including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts, placing hedged bets, or exploiting software errors — will result in forfeiture of all bonus amounts and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

6. Game Rules and Betting

All games available on kk9 are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) systems to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games provided by third-party studios — including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi — are subject to the respective studio's own published game rules in addition to these Terms.

Sports betting markets, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), are settled in accordance with kk9's sporting rules, which are available on the relevant betting section of the platform. kk9 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is later found to have been subject to match-fixing, corruption, or any other form of result manipulation. Bets settled in error will be corrected, and any difference in settlement will be deducted from or added to the user's account balance accordingly.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use kk9 for any of the following purposes:

• Any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing illegal activity.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, its servers, databases, or connected systems.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or tools to interact with the platform in any way not expressly permitted.
• Deliberately introducing malicious code, viruses, trojans, or any other harmful material.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip-dumping, or co-operative play designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other users.
• Impersonating any other person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Harvesting or collecting personal information about other users without their express consent.
• Reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works from any content on kk9 without prior written authorisation.

Breach of any of the above conditions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the kk9 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software code, user interface elements, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive property of kk9 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, or distribute any content from the kk9 platform without prior written consent from kk9.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kk9 and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or interruption of service.

kk9 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled maintenance, emergency outages, and third-party infrastructure issues may affect platform availability. kk9 will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as practicable following any outage.

In the event of a manifest error — including a typographical error in odds, pay-table values, or bonus amounts — kk9 reserves the right to void any transaction affected by that error and to restore account balances to their correct pre-error state. kk9's liability in respect of a manifest error shall not exceed the amount staked by the user on the affected transaction.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

kk9 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By creating an account on kk9, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. kk9 uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions and stores personal data on secure, access-controlled servers.

kk9 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required to process your transactions, verify your identity, or comply with legal obligations.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with generally accepted principles of online gaming law. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, the parties agree to seek resolution through good-faith mediation before pursuing any other remedy. kk9's decision on all matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account activity shall be final, subject only to a finding of manifest error.

13. Modifications to the Platform

kk9 reserves the right to add, modify, suspend, or remove any feature, game, payment method, promotion, or other element of the platform at any time and without prior notice. kk9 shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the platform or any part of it. Where a significant service change is planned, kk9 will endeavour to provide advance notice via on-site announcement or email to registered users.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall be construed as if the severed provision had never formed part of these Terms.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and kk9 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
